During onboarding, you complete a home assessment covering your HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and exterior systems. Tasks are generated based on your answers, your home’s age, and your region’s climate.

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with Row Level Security, meaning you can only access your own data. Documents are stored in private buckets. We never sell your information.
Homesteady is currently optimized for Canadian homeowners, with climate-aware scheduling tuned to Canadian provinces. US addresses work but climate intelligence is less precise. We’re expanding coverage over time.
